Resolute

again, this year - I am shying away from the idea of forgettable resolutions for the new year. Not that I don't think the start of another year is a good starting point for change... it's not that at all. I find that the whole "New Year's Resolution" tradition is really set up for failure. People go on about how they are going to change, yada, yada, yada. I always avoid the gym at work for the month of January (sometimes part of Feb) because of all the people that will be crowding in down there... but by the end of February the gym is again empty and back to its normal status.

That, in and of itself, is a testament to how people do thier "Resolutions"...??

Every day is a new start, and you can start to change yourself/life/situation every day that you wake up. I'm just sayin'... don't put so much stress on a resolution that you make or feel forced to make at the beginning of the year - make a choice to control your life each and every day...

"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."??
- Philippians 4:13
