UFC: Nemesis - After the fact
battin’ .500 anyway… man i’ve never seen hughes get owned like that. GSP is one bad dude. I enjoy watching him fight… Serra’s gonna get beat down - should be great - i just wanted Hughes to be the one to do it.
The Liddell / Silva fight… WOW - great times - can’t believe Silva didn’t go down - i thought that second flurry Chuck through would take him down - WRONG - he’s a tough chin guy, no doubt. Glad to see the old Chuck return. Where’s Rampage?
UFC: Nemesis
I got Hughes over GSP & Liddell beat’n Silva.
That’s who i’m pulling for anyway, should be some GREAT fights, no matter who wins… I’m excited.

A very MERRY CHRISTmas
I love the season, as well as the reason for it. This year, like most every other year, my wife and I always say we aren’t buying for one another - but I always end up getting her something, because I love to see the joy on her face when she opens whatever I’ve gotten up. Very fun.
This year, she tried to trick me while I was tricking her. I knew she’s wanted a sewing machine for a long time, so this year I snuck around and got her a really nice one - I go to get it, and sure enough, she’s surprised, and we go through the usual “Oh you weren’t supposed to do that! But I love it!” - made me smile… So i’m helping the kids clean up all thier paper scraps and low and behold, here comes my wife with 2 presents - one with a bunch of video game components (controllers/remotes/game) and then a big one, of which I opened and found a brand new ps3! WOW - I love it, and the blu-ray capabilities are even better - AWESOME!!
Was alot of fun this year. Now, on to the New Year!

golf'n
my dad called this morning, and invited me out to play with his regular group - i switched things up so i could go - usually, I’m a bit out of my league; however, today, I took home all the money! I was actually playing REALLY good. My dad and I kinda took it on and tied it up after a rough start, and I won alot of the skins, so i ended up making quite a bit of money at the end of the day.
SWEET.
Now, if only i could get sound out of my DVD player without having to dismantle the entire entertainment center, then I’d be set.

1. Do you ever talk to yourself out loud? I might be a little bit loco, but it keeps me from losing my mind ^and talking out loud to myself > NO I do not talk out loud to myself.
If your answer is No, stop here.
2. What frequency do you do this?3. Do you ask yourself questions and answer them?
4. Have other people noticed you talking to yourself?
5. Do you have long running monologs or just short words or phrases?
6. Do you think it is wrong or crazy to talk to yourself outloud?

Books
on the right hand side, you’ll notice a new little widget displaying random books from “my library” > I listen to audiobooks non-stop, so I thought it’d be a great way to share what i’ve been listening too, as well as keep track of all the one’s i have read, so I don’t repeat…
I might have to do a little more with that, as I’ve got some podiobooks I’ve been listening to as well - I would love to share those with you as they are free to download and listen too - and some really good stuff!

a new blog, without all the weight
OK, so I’ve kinda switched my blog to a new engine > I have been on Wordpress for a couple of years, but I just think it is too bloated for me and my intentions, so after some research, i came up with www.tumblr.com - which is a very slick and easy to use engine for not just blogging, but links (like del.icio.us), photos, quotes, videos, mp3s…
I guess what I’m trying to say, is that it fits more into what I would like to do on my blog. It makes it fun to post again, so i can do it traditional style, or just post a quote or something to that nature.
I have spent the evening working on porting the theme I was using on my wordpress site over here to tumblr - I’ve got it pretty close, but not exact - if you notice something please holler at me. Especially if you can help me fix it! ;)
I’ve added in 3rd party comments/permalinks as tumblr doesn’t offer it… so you might see a few ads here and there, but we’ll see about fixing that… I guess since I turned 30 frigg’n years old (yesterday) I like things a little simpler - I highly suggest that you check out tumblr if you are into that kinda thing. Thanks to Andrew, I can also help you get your domain name pointed in the correct direction.
I really like the new system, I hope you do. Here’s to a more fun blog’n engine!
